With nearly 20 years of experience in international M&A and venture capital investing, Paul has had the privilege of collaborating with numerous exceptional teams from dozens of tech companies, many of which have achieved significant success.

Throughout the years, Paul has held leading roles in those companies, supporting them from initial investment to successful exit. Those exits include cross-border transactions to major strategic players in the US, Israel, France, Germany, Switzerland, and others.

In 2022 – leveraging this experience – Paul together with Stefan Köppl, co-founded Samira Advisors, a M&A boutique dedicated to being a trusted partner to founders and investors of growth companies, providing top-tier strategic advice, network and execution excellence.

Beyond his M&A and investment activities, Paul co-founded the Bulgarian venture capital firm Vitosha Venture Partners in 2020.

Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Business and lectures at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) and the WU Executive Academy, where he contributes to the MBA Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
